Small Batch Handmade Chocolate
Our European style chocolate is handcrafted in our chocolaterie in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, using sustainable and ethically produced Belgian and French chocolate. We use real cream and butter, home-grown berries, craft roasted coffee, liqueurs and rum all locally produced in the Maritimes.
We follow the artisan tradition of creating all of our chocolates and other confections by hand, in small batches and with no preservatives.
